Payment, Access and Refunds 

1. Digital Nature of Product
All courses, materials, memberships, and related content offered by us are digital products delivered electronically. Access begins immediately upon successful payment. Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
We do not provide refunds for: 
• Change of mind
• Failure to use the course
• Partial use
• Dissatisfaction after access
• Accidental purchase
• Failure to cancel renewal before billing
• Inability to complete the course
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that:
• The service begins immediately after payment;
• You receive instant access to proprietary digital content;
• You waive any right to a refund to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. 
2. Payment Terms
Various access tiers are available at our sole discretion. All fees are payable in advance in full. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be announced 30 days in advance for existing subscribers. All payments must be processed through our authorized payment processors. Failure to pay any fees when due may result in immediate access suspension. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and third-party charges. Promotional offers may be revoked if we determine eligibility requirements are not met. 
3. Subscription and Access
Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Subscription term begins on the date of purchase. Access rights are non-transferable. Sharing accounts or access credentials will result in immediate termination without refund. We reserve the right to offer or discontinue any payment plans or access tiers. Unused portions of the subscription period are non-refundable. 
4. One Year Access (Auto-Renewing Subscription)
"One Year Access" means a 12-month subscription term beginning on the date of purchase. At the end of the 12-month period: 
• Your access will automatically renew for an additional 12-month term;
• Your payment method will be automatically charged for the next annual period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
By purchasing One Year Access, you: 
• Authorize the Company to charge your payment method on a recurring annual basis;
• Acknowledge and agree to automatic renewal;
• Understand that cancellation prevents future charges only;
• Understand that no refunds are provided for active or partially used subscription periods.
This automatic renewal disclosure is provided in compliance with applicable U.S. and international consumer protection laws. 
5. Lifetime Access
"Lifetime Access" refers to access for the lifetime of the product while the course remains commercially available. "Lifetime" does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser. The Company reserves the right to:
• Modify the content;
• Update the course;
• Replace materials;
• Discontinue the course entirely at its sole discretion.
Lifetime purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. 
6. United States — Additional Disclosure
If you are a U.S. customer: • Subscription renewals constitute recurring charges authorized by you at the time of purchase. • Cancellation must occur before the renewal date to avoid additional charges. • Refunds are not provided after access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. This policy complies with U.S. Automatic Renewal Laws. 
7. European Union — Withdrawal Rights Exception
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)). However, by purchasing this digital product and accessing the content immediately, you:
• Expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract;
• Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins.
If access has not yet been granted, you may exercise your withdrawal right within 14 days.
8. Payment Disputes
Please contact support@wilma.world before initiating any payment dispute. The Company reserves the right to submit the following evidence in case of dispute:
• Login history
• Access logs
• IP records
• Acceptance of Terms confirmation
• Digital usage records
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access and legal action. 
9. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues preventing access to the course, contact support@wilma.world and we will resolve the issue. In the unlikely event that a technical issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion. Refunds, when granted, will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days.
