I have joint problems. Can I still do Hormone Yoga?
Yes. The practice videos, always include adaptations in case of joint issues, so you can practice safely without compromising the benefits.
Can I practice while I take HRT or contraceptives?
Yes — Hormone Yoga can be practiced alongside HRT. Many women use it as a complementary approach.
As with any new wellness practice, we recommend letting your healthcare provider know, so they can monitor your progress and adjust your care if needed.
In case of contraceptive pills, they suppresses your body's natural hormone production. As a result, you may not experience the full benefits of Hormone Yoga. However, Hormone Yoga can be a great way to support your body in reestablishing its natural hormone production when you discontinue the medication.

Medical conditions to avoid Hormone Yoga with
Techniques used in Hormone Yoga increase abdominal, and blood pressure during exercising. Therefore, do NOT practice if you have any of the following condition:
- After surgery
- Pregnant (wait 6 months after natural childbirth; in case of cesarean section, it is better to consult a doctor)
- Abdominal pain
- Heart surgery, or Hypertension without medication
- Cancer history, advanced endometriosis, or uterine fibroids (myoma bigger than 10cm)
- Glaucoma (detached retina)
- Hyperthyroidism
